Fire up your food hole in just 30 minutes. For a hot, sweet and tangy combination use either of our hot sauces to create a fiery chilli marinade, let the prawns bathe in this a while to add fire to your grub. This is a really simple, tasty dish. Bash it in the pan, then bash it in the bowl.

2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon Original or Limed Hot Diggidy Dog sauce
250ml lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoon chopped ginger
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
12 raw prawns
1 tablespoon olive oil
1. In a bowl, mix together the paprika, your choice of Hot Diggidy Dog sauce, lemon juice, ginger, garlic and salt – your chilli marinade is ready for the prawns .
2. Add the prawns to the mixture. For maximum flavour, leave them in the chilli marinade for an hour or so to soak up all the tastiness.
3. Heat a griddle pan and add a little olive oil.
4. Add the prawns to the pan and griddle for a few minutes, turning occasionally until they are cooked through.
5. Serve straight away.
TIP: The prawns can also be barbequed on skewers, for the smoky effect.
