2 cups finely chopped fresh pineapple
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon Limed Hot Diggidy Dog sauce (taste to preference)
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
Pinch ground cinnamon
1. Combine the pineapple, lemon juice, brown sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan over a medium-high heat.
2. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-10 minutes, until the sugar is dissolved and the juice is reduced
3. Set aside to cool slightly before using. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
4. Serve over ice-cream.
